By car From the south: travel on the M4 and A48 to Carmarthen. Then get on the A485 to Lampeter, go through Lampeter and Take the A485 to Llangybi. Approximately in the middle of the village take the turning on the right (it is the only turning on the right) onto a minor road sign posted Llanfair Clydogau. Continue for about 1 mile and then take a turning down a no-through road on the right, you will pass Long-wood Community woodland visitor center which is a wooden building on the right and continue for approximately half a mile to the end of the tarmac road and then turn right down a gravel road going into the woods there is another stone road to the right going back and down. This is our drive, and we are the only house down here. Time from Carmarthen is about 1 hour. Camping is in the field behind the house. There is plenty of parking. 

By car from the north: get to Aberystwyth and then onto the A485. Go through Tregaron and when you get to Llangybi turn left and follow directions as above. P.S. There are short cuts if you are happy to use B roads. Time from Aberystwyth is about 45 minutes. Do not be put off by the slow welsh roads-it is well worth it when you get here.

By train From the south to Carmarthen: Then the T1 bus opposite the train station to Lampeter. Buses run about once an hour. We can give you a lift from Lampeter. The last bus from Carmarthern is 19.05 so if you will arrive any later than this we will send someone to pick you up, but you will need to pay for the petrol.      

By train  From the north to Aberystwyth: Then the T1 bus again from near the train station to Lampeter. Buses run about one per hour. Again we will give you a lift from Lampeter. The last bus is 18.40 from Aberystwyth so if you will arrive any later than this we will send someone to pick you up, but you will need to pay for the petrol.
